Pasticceria Mimi In Carsoli

Having heard and read the numerous positive reviews about this pastry shop I was curious to try a cake...So on the occasion of my son's birthday I decided to have a fruit tart with custard made...definitely fresh cream and fruit... But unfortunately the pastry had split in one corner, perhaps due to too many ingredients on top or the thinness of the base... upon opening the box I was honestly a little disappointed, I had to bring the broken piece closer to the rest of the cake... We could have done better... overall good and fresh!!!

Per il primo compleanno di nostro figlio, abbiamo fatto preparare la torta a tema giungla, semplicemente stupenda! Oltre ad essere bellissima, era di una bontà indescrivibile: il pan di spagna soffice e delicatissimo, la crema chantilly con la frutta fresca meravigliosa e poi le decorazioni ci hanno lasciato senza parole.

For our son's first birthday, we had a jungle themed cake prepared, simply gorgeous! In addition to being beautiful, it was indescribably delicious: the soft and delicate sponge cake, the Chantilly cream with the wonderful fresh fruit and then the decorations left us speechless.
