Good vegan choice both as brioches and as fillings (please add vegan pistachio to the fillings 🤤). The place is a bit chaotic as it is small, but I have to say that I went around 8 in the morning.

An explosion of goodness, friendliness and care in preparation and service. The fillings to choose from in the croissants are very delicate and tasty, like any preparation. For personal taste alone, I would opt for a lower music volume, suitable for the seating. Almost as an invitation for those who sit down in tones of voice appropriate to the space in which they are guests.
