intrigued by the excellent reviews and some newspaper articles, we ordered a nice assortment of biscuits (around €100). Overall verdict: these do a different sport, they win the ring for the best biscuits in the world. They are the Chicago Bulls of dry pastries. The flavors and aromas you feel in their biscuits are top 10. I have never tasted biscuits of this level. Obsessive attention is also paid to the packaging to ensure the biscuits arrive perfectly intact. Overall rating 10 for everything. Absolute perfection. Very Very Very Very Very Satisfied. To be repeated and repeated and repeated.

04/12/2024: My favorite pastry shop in Biella. However, the truffle cappuccino is very expensive and the croissants are the best in the area. The only negative note is the style of the bar which is too retro and not very chic in my opinion. For the rest of the staff always courteous and prepared.
