This is a family run bakery with at least 3 generations of women who actually bake their own pastries there. It is my favorite local bar; it’s not fancy or pretentious and I feel welcome

09/03/2025: Historic place in Lucca with the drink of excellence, peschino! Cozy place with tables outside. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent quality snacks. Fair prices.

22/02/2025: Very charming bar. Warm welcome. Table service. Very good chocolate. Without doubt the best sandwiches in Tuscany! Crispy with just the right amount of olive oil. Particularly the Crudo mascarpone.
