19/01/2025: The pizza we had the pleasure of tasting is close to absolute perfection, an authentic masterpiece that celebrates Italian tradition and culinary art. The base is the first thing that strikes you: a disk of carefully leavened dough, soft in the center and with the unmistakable alveolation that testifies to slow maturation and unparalleled skill in processing, a lightness that makes it surprisingly digestible. Every bite is a sensorial journey, a perfect meeting between tradition, technique and passion. This pizza is not just food, it is an experience that elevates the very concept of cooking. If I had to describe this pizza with just one word, I would say: sublime.

16/01/2025: A fantastic restaurant, welcoming environment, super clean. All the staff welcomes you with a smile, they make you feel at home and well-liked. Sonia fantastic. Filomena an exceptional cook. Genuine, delicious dishes. We ate a lot: starter, 2 first courses, second course and dessert, we didn't feel full because it was cooked with excellent quality ingredients. We will return and recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to go again.
12/01/2025: In the heart of the Maiella National Park, in Cansano, two women, mother and daughter, run a restaurant with B&B with passion and dedication that enchants anyone who stops there. The mother (Filomena), with her experience and culinary tradition, prepares typical dishes of the area, using fresh and local ingredients, while the daughter (Sonia), young and dynamic, takes care of the dining room, welcoming guests with warmth and a smile contagious. Together, they convey the authenticity of Abruzzo cuisine, creating a family atmosphere that makes every customer feel at home. Highly recommended.
