McDonald's In L'aquila

Small and welcoming place, excellent and non-chaotic service

The place is relatively small but the quality of the service and the food provided is really good.

The new "table service" is very convenient and also quite quick

Very nice and good in terms of food and atmosphere, but ordering from McDrive becomes a bit of a problem: This evening I went to get it through Mc Drive, and up to that point on the menu screen everything was correct, so I ordered food and paid; once I got home it happened that he gave me 4 portions of Rich Cheese Bacon instead of 2 and added few condiments. Never happened before.

I wanted to thank Beatrice, a very polite and courteous young woman. She helped us order dinner via the totem and also recommended some of the new dishes we should try. She was truly excellent.

I've been going to this Mc's for a while now, and I've always had a good experience. Maybe a little pricey without the specials.

The place is like any other McDonald's: clean, plenty of seating, small parking lot, and the drive-thru is really narrow. I've often seen large cars having trouble getting through. The staff always seems super-controlled, as if they can't stop for a second. This makes you feel like you're constantly being watched while you eat, and the moment you finish your meal, perhaps even before you've finished your drink, someone comes by to clear everything away. I'd recommend stopping the pressure on the staff, because it makes the place really stressful. To be clear, the staff is fantastic, kind, and polite, but you can feel the stress they're under.

We went out for lunch today, and thanks to Beatrice, we were able to order and get all the help we needed to eat peacefully. Thank you, Beatrice.
