Unlike another user, I recommend everyone to go there and enjoy the goodness and authenticity of the many sweet and savory products and a 10 with praise I give it to the pastries too and I got a stomach ache BUT FOR HAVING EATEN TOO MANY OF THEM 🤣🤣

I had been hearing about this pastry shop, open 24 hours a day, for some time, and being in the area I immediately took the opportunity to try it. Finding the place was a bit difficult, having to walk down a small road hidden between the buildings of the industrial area, but once you arrive you have a large space in which you can park. As soon as you enter you find yourself in front of a very inviting shop window full of people; the products available are largely linked to the orders that the laboratory must satisfy, so they can vary from evening to evening. The choice was difficult but in the end we took a couple of savory pieces (Fagottino with Sausage and Schiacciatina with Cooked Ham and Cheese) and some sweets (Donut, Ciambella, Maritozzo and Pangocciolo); what I liked most was the Fagottino with Sausage while the desserts had good mixtures but unfortunately the abundant and full-bodied fillings with Custard or Chantilly lacked flavour, it's a shame I didn't try the Pistachio or Chocolate ones, while the overflowing Nutella in the Pangocciolo made everything rather "stringy". Average prices; a good option to be able to indulge in something at any time, a very popular destination for night owls.

It was the first time I served myself at the Taste Laboratory. I must say that it was a truly very positive experience both for the excellent quality and the cost. To all this must be added the professionalism, courtesy and availability of the staff. Super excellent rating
