Delicious food (I had both sweet and savory options) and super friendly and helpful staff! Even though it was packed, they brought my coffee to my table with a huge smile, which is not a given in 2025 on a Monday morning 😂 I was passing through for a three-day course and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place right away! See you tomorrow morning!

I don't usually like croissants, but this one was delicious. It made me want to eat it just looking at it! Beautiful air bubbles, great flavor, and a delicious cream. Friendly staff, and the artistic cappuccinos were much appreciated.

Nothing to complain about about the product! One of the best pastry shops in Reggio Emilia! Their problem is the logistics: three people in one square meter (one person at the register and two at the coffee machine), no one to serve the tables, and the (few) tables are always full of cups and crumbs. It wouldn't take much to improve! The people waiting at the register don't allow customers to line up, with the risk—as always happens to me—of being served after the last one to arrive.

One of the best pastry shops in Reggio Emilia, certainly the best for modern pastries. They offer a wide selection of pastries, mini pastries, single-serving treats, and even several savory options. The prices may seem a bit high, but they're fully justified by the quality. The interior isn't very large, but there's still seating, as well as a few tables outside. I recommend it to anyone who loves modern pastries: it's definitely worth a try.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the pastries are delicious. The cake I had for my daughter's 18th birthday exceeded my expectations. The cake was delicious and beautiful, compliments to the pastry chef. Thank you.

Top pastry shop, excellent service, a little small for the success it has

Excellent pastry shop. Kind, helpful, and so much quality... They may not have won the Cake Star glass cup, but it doesn't matter because they win every day and you can see it, but above all you can feel it... I can't wait for them to open the new expansion... They also rebranded and in my opinion it's TOOOP... Breakfast is important because it depends on the whole day and at Incerti you start off well.
