Neapolitan pastry shop, a guarantee. Small advice: improve the outside tables and increase the dessert offers for the latecomers. I will definitely return.

How good are these guys! I go to the bar almost daily because it's close to home, and I'll explain my rating in points (and I think it will be long:))))
- Product (sweet and savory): quality raw materials, care in preparation, continuous research of new products to present to the customer. The owners are also very careful to offer products for people with special needs, such as lactose and gluten intolerant/allergic;
- Prices: in line (sometimes lower) with other pastry shops in Parma;
- Location: New, with modern furnishings, always tidy and clean. What I love is the internal layout depending on the holidays (Christmas, Easter, ...) and the season (flowers in Spring), which shows passion for their work and care for the customer;
- Staff: Always courteous, scrupulous and thoughtful. Obviously if it happens on a Saturday or Sunday it becomes difficult to expect maximum attention, but the owners and employees do their utmost to satisfy the needs of each customer. Mistakes can happen as in any job and I believe that we customers should also, every now and then, do a little soul-searching, avoiding demanding at all costs and respecting the work of others;
But.... there is a detail worthy of note... beyond the products, the place and the staff, and it is the reason why I return (almost) every day even just to have a coffee, sitting at a table accompanied by my dog, breathing deeply after a day of work.... it is the feeling of being at home! The kind words of the owner Sonia, the smiles of the employees (obviously when there is no queue!) and the serene and welcoming atmosphere lighten me of those burdens that everyday life places on my shoulders... Thank you for what you do. I adore you!!!!

I recognized the sweet flavors of my childhood. Very bright place with professionally trained, helpful and polite staff. The managers have managed to combine the best traditions of the confectionery art of Parma and Naples. The sugar is expertly dosed and therefore the desserts are not stomach-churning. Recommended place for its excellent quality/price ratio. The raw materials used are of excellent workmanship because you can taste them the moment you bite into the dessert. Pastry making cannot be improvised. Well done.

Miglior pasticceria di Parma: per ora ho provato solo i dolci ma non vedo l'ora di provare anche il salato. Le paste sono deliziose, e ho anche commissionato una buonissima torta di compleanno (panna e crema ai lamponi).

Un mattino a colazione, ottime le paste buon assortimento, prodotti di qualità caffè un po meno, le chiacchiere non male ma prezzo molto alto, è vero che sono artigianali . Nel complesso una buona pasticceria ambiente pulito e accogliente il personale gentile e molto disponibile, come scrivo sempre il giudizio è molto personale.
