02/05/2025: Very good ice cream, nothing to say about that. The attitude of the staff at the counter, often annoyed, needs to be reviewed. First of all that of the person in charge, never a greeting or a smile.
It's a shame to darken what should be a pleasant moment like eating a nice ice cream.
Even the attention to the uniforms is a little lacking, dirty or wrinkled t-shirts and the absence of headphones for the sales assistants (not all) are not a good business card.
23/04/2025: I join other feedback already present. The ice cream is very good and the products are of quality. You certainly don't make a bad impression by giving a tub of their ice cream as a gift.
Sore points, the place is small, but it is also understandable with the rental costs. However, queuing outside when there is often only one person inside who divides his time between preparing the cones and the cash register is not exactly pleasant.
They often don't accept cash because they don't have enough liquidity for change.
All things that, in some ways, you can even get used to. But the thing that really disturbs and I see that what is common to many is the price of ice cream and the surcharges for certain flavours.
Having a surcharge, considering the price per kilo of ice cream, seems annoying to me.
After all, it would be less jarring if, for example, fior di latte were paid less, but this is not the case.
However, I understand that without real competition you can set the prices you want.
In conclusion, Buono ice cream, not the best in Milan but still worthy of note.
Everything else, in my humble opinion, can be improved.
