Crossing the threshold of this pastry shop means entering a temple of taste, a Sienese institution where tradition meets excellence. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, reminiscent of a historic establishment, a melting pot of intoxicating aromas that anticipate the experience. Service is generally a waltz of courtesy and smiles, although during our visit, at a busy time, one diner noted a certain haste in clearing his table. A small flaw in an otherwise impeccable experience and truly commendable value.
