After visiting for the first time almost by chance, I continue to happily return. Their desserts are excellent: perhaps a little pricey, but the quality more than makes up for it. Of the chain's various locations, this is undoubtedly my favorite. I particularly appreciate the macarons, offered in a wide and refined selection of flavors, often enriched with interesting seasonal additions. The result is always top-notch.
Highly recommended, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent pastry shop, well-organized service considering the large crowd.
It's a shame this is yet another place with bathrooms WITHOUT coat hangers.
Please: install a hook inside the bathrooms. It's a simple gesture that makes going to the bathroom much more comfortable and convenient. Especially in the winter, when you have jackets/purses/backpacks/etc. with you and lots of people are waiting outside! Thank you!!!

We went to the coffee shop to enjoy a cup of coffee, and we wanted to sit outside. We were ready to take our order, but we were told that if you order while seated, you have to sit down and take your order. So, be aware that the price will be different, as approximately 2 euros will be added per person. Honestly, the coffee is average and I recommend it. As for the cheesecake, I do not recommend it at all; its taste is strange and unpalatable. The hot chocolate was very ordinary.

Told could not sit in an area as it was for up to 10 people, we were a group of 4, at most they could fit 5 there. While eating at a cramped table they put a group of 3 there. Cakes were very good. Staff were stressed and not overly polite, one even pushing their way roughly past an old man with a walking frame.

Very nice place, very kind girls, but the macarons didn't seem very good or fresh to me, I don't know... I've had better.
The hot chocolate, on the other hand, was very good!
The prices are a bit high.
