The cakes, pastries we just wow!!
But the service and attitude of the severs was terrible.
We were sitting outside and made our order at the table. They forgot to bring our food, just coffee. When I went inside after 40 mins to complain, the manager asks “do you want your food now or I cancel the order?”.
Never seen such terrible attitude and hospitality at a bar in italy. Disappointed.

We loved it! The house specialty (nadalin) is delicious along with the coffee ☕️ (ginseng) was a success, the best we have tried
In relation to the place, it is very decorated, Christmassy, it is quiet and very good service

Very nice place and excellent pastries,
Shame about the rude staff.
My friends and I sat outside and they came to take our orders, so far so good. When the time came to pay we asked for separate accounts since there were 6 of us, we were very rudely told that they didn't do separate accounts, whereupon I noticed on the counter the invisible sign to say the least that said they didn't do them separate accounts. At this point I would recommend using a larger sign or warning in advance as there were many of us. I would also recommend treating customers as such i.e. with respect.
Nothing to do with Flego in via Portani Borsari.

Very nice cafe in a central location in Verona. It is £££ though - €4.50 for a cup of tea and €4.50 for a can of tonic water. Having a spritz would have been nearly the same price. Setting is very nice
