I have been 4 times to Cafe Pelago next to Erbe Square. Some times alone and some with friends. We really enjoyed the cakes, the coffee and the quiet atmosphere. I became addicted to the selection of macarons that do not fall short of those offered in Paris.

Nice place. Excellent macarons. Condescending service (maybe where to buy more) but what I find scandalous is the fact that the prices are not posted. Neither in the external window nor in the internal one. We only understood the cost of the Maccarons

Bellissima pasticceria dove trovare sia le classiche brioche sia prodotti più particolari ed innovativi. Buonissima la monoporzione Romeo: bilanciata, gustosa, non troppo pesante. In una parola: perfetta❤️

20/08/2024: Very nice and well-kept place, in a very central position. Courteous staff. Good quality dishes, carefully prepared and refined, all good. We were 2 couples (Lunch) We took a small entree of 1/2 sandwiches (8) stuffed in various ways, two truly special amarone risottos, 2 spaghetti alla guitar with pistachio pesto and courgettes, also special, Desserts: 1 pistachio tiramisu ( very good), 2 lemon, herb and myrtle sorbets, chocolate ball with coconut and mango inside, 2 glasses of local bubbles and 4 bottles of water, cost 78.50 euros per couple. I thank the person at the cash register who satisfied my request for wine shops to visit. If I were to return to Verona I would gladly return to this place. I highly recommend
18/08/2024: Intimate and pleasant atmosphere. Attention to detail. In a very central position. Quality food, prepared with skill, and taste even in the presentation. Courteous and knowledgeable staff (special mention for Martina, who welcomed us with kindness for the two evenings that we chose this restaurant, and followed us in the choice with extreme professionalism, both for the courses and for the excellent choice of wines). Recommended for a relaxing evening (music and atmosphere), with excellent food and impeccable hospitality. Great work!

Ristorante Sale & Pepe

30/07/2024: Wir waren zweimal zu 4 zum Abendessen hier, da unser Hotel direkt nebenan lag. Das Restaurant bietet gute und solide italienische Küche an, die auch glutenfreie Speisen anbietet, welche aber (wie in Speisekarte deklariert) teilweise fertig und aus TK sind. Nichts schlimmes. Sie sind ehrlich in dem, anders als andere. Wir hatten u.a. Pizza, Geflügelschnitzel, Pasta, Salate, Fisch und Carpaccio. Wie schon geschrieben... gut und solide um den Hunger zu stillen. Zu den Preise absolut gerechtfertigt und was zu erwähnen ist... das Essen kommt schnell.
23/06/2024: Abbiamo cenato qui, scegliendo la pizza. Ottimo impasto e varie scelte di ingredienti! Ottimi anche i prezzi! Super consigliato!
