We were there on January 5, 2025, an excellent place to enjoy lots of delicacies, the delicious sbrisolona and brioche, I really appreciated the elegance of the environment, despite a long queue, the wait was short, perfect and very elegant service, what can I say, an excellent place for foodies😊

Top notch drinks and desserts. I don't agree at all with those who complain about the prices. which aren't that high. go elsewhere if you want to save two euros. Luckily, places like these exist instead. but putting a star just because it's too expensive for you is illiterate or minus habens. would you give a star to a Ferrari just because it's expensive?

Every time I go to the Adigeo I always stop in this pastry shop, unfortunately I have to say with regret that the service has become very poor since you are no longer served at the table. You first have to go to the cash register to order and pay and then when the device that you are given a ring, you have to go and collect the tray. Well, in my opinion such a renowned pastry shop should also maintain good customer service.

The pastry shop works well, the prices are high but the product is elaborate and particular.
Having said that, I don't understand why there is worse service than Mac Donald's, sulky cashiers and zero table service.
In my opinion, if you charge so much for a product there must also be a minimum of service behind it.

Let's start from the assumption by giving an opinion on the place marked Flego, inside the Adigeo shopping center. The luxury of the brand, the brightness of the place, the order and flavors of the pastries and other specialties are striking. Professional service, unsmiling and dry, but courteous. What took me by surprise was reading the review just below of the boy who was charged 13.80 euros twice. Starting from the fact that regardless of the amount, it is the owner who must resolve the problems generated (in this case by the employee, human error) I was surprised by the response, when it is said that the cashier cannot return the amount for tax reasons. But are we joking? I have a business and if I perform the transaction twice by mistake, not only do I immediately refund the customer and then I think about sorting out the tax, but I also apologize for the wasted ride by offering a coffee. This is real class, not an attitude or furniture.

What a great atmosphere in this wonderful pastelaria, with tarts and cakes that look like a work of art. If you're lucky, you can sit outside, inside at the counter you can enjoy your espresso or other drinks standing up or have a table assigned to you.

Yesterday a "myth" fell on me.
I went to the Pasticceria Flego inside the Adigeo Shopping Center, where I am, or perhaps I was, practically a regular.
To my amazement, I was immediately informed that... they no longer do table service, as they did until last week, when they collected the orders at the table, brought you what you ordered and then, before leaving, you went to the cash register to pay.
As is usual I believe in any place that has a certain "style"
Now you order at the register, pay, and they provide you with a disk pager that rings when your tray is ready. A tray that you obviously pick up and then keep (if you don't want to go around to bring it back to the counter) on one of the tables that can barely fit 2 people.
In short... a place also qualifies itself by its service. And this, today, is almost like a fast food restaurant, a canteen. Embarrassing!
