An extraordinary discovery in Tuscia During a quiet Sunday afternoon, returning to Rome, we stumbled upon this delicious family-run pizzeria by chance. The whole family was there to welcome us, with the son and daughter, two very good pizza chefs, who passionately take care of the preparation of the pizzas. All four, kind and friendly, made us feel at home straight away. But the real protagonist was the taste: the pizza is simply exceptional! The dough, left to rise for 48 hours, is light, fragrant and with the right thickness, neither too thin nor too thick. We tried a pizza with chicory and sausages, an ortolana with roasted and skinless peppers, and a four cheese pizza. Each bite was a unique experience, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavours. We were so satisfied that we have decided to definitely return every time we are in the area, perhaps after a day at the Terme dei Papi. If you are looking for a truly special pizza, prepared with love and skill, this pizzeria is a must.

Unfortunately we were just passing through but we ate a really good and rich pizza. If we pass through those parts again we will definitely return.
