In the last few months I took advantage of my work proximity to try this pastry shop and I must say that on every occasion I tried super products: both in the more chocolatey winter version and in the more exotic summer version. Congratulations! The preparation and availability of the staff adds further points.

I can confirm that he is really good at chocolate... I tried the black forest cake and it was delicious! Single portions of three chocolates, mango and Afrika top... assorted pralines. Now Afrika cake covered in raspberries... Entertainment 🤩 only disappointment? Pear and chocolate shortcrust cake... very good inside but not the pastry, too hard

Beautiful shop, I finally arrived too, I got the Mango and lemon cake, good, the prices are normal for a pastry shop like this, the chocolate is good. I also met Chef Knam to take a photo. Very happy and I recommend going. It deserves it.

Absolutely phenomenal cakes! Not good, very good.
Too bad for the location (very inconvenient) and for deliveries only 4.5 days a week, which in the end is 4. If you don't have the event from Wednesday to Saturday I won't use them given the logistical inconvenience. Sin. I'm writing the review today precisely because this time I had to turn to others given Monday's event.

Quest'anno ho deciso di farmi un regalo ed ho comprato il panettone "Limited editin" di Knam, che dire indubbiamente il prodotto è buono, peccato che sia mancato l'effetto WOW!! Si dalla descrizione mi aspettavo indubbiamente un risultato migliore poiché ho trovato l'impasto eccezionale, ma il panettone era con pochi canditi e troppo dolce nel complesso. Se avessi avuto la possibilità di assaggiarlo prima forse non l'avrei scelto tra tutte le varie proposte che c'erano. Un po' troppo alto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto carino il negozio e il personale al banco gentile e cortese.

Con i bambini guardo insieme spesso Bake off piuttosto che i cartoni. E Knam è per loro e me un maestro da cui imparare. Per cui nella nostra gita milanese siamo passati al suo negozio a comprare una torta, e i bambini lo hanno visto attraversare la strada andando all altro negozio sono stati felici come se avessero mangiato cioccolato! Per cui è una recensione non obiettiva perché per noi lui è un gram maestro da cui imparare a prescindere se le sue torte costano troppo o poco, se possono o meno piacere. Per noi lui è un maestro pasticciere e basta.
