We crossed the city to try the famous pastry shop and as a celiac who had followed the bake off, and a pastry enthusiast, I would have expected to find something gluten-free..... alas, nothing! Furthermore, it is not possible to sit and drink a coffee, another option praised in the programs by the famous pastry chef. Sin...! We celiacs are always forgotten by pastry chefs😔

I don't understand why a famous pastry chef should put his only shop in Italy in a little street outside the center of Milan. To find it we used Google. Small place and obviously with goldsmith's prices. We wanted to take a photo with the Maestro but the shop assistants didn't agree. (WE DROVE 3 HOURS TO GET THERE)

I picked up the Snewman this morning and purchased 3 assorted chocolates. despite the crowded shop, very friendly and helpful staff. Small but very nice shop, neat with various unusual chocolate subjects that you don't see every day. I had already purchased 3 assorted chocolates years ago and they were something exceptional! Congratulations to all the staff and Mr. Ernst Knam.

Very friendly staff, lots of choice of products. I had booked a cake by phone and the sales assistant was really helpful, advising me on the right size. Quick and hassle-free collection. It would be nice if they added a place to sit but overall it's a really nice place

09/01/2025: Noisy environment, service certainly not at the top due to lack of staff at the tables, but on the positive side, the food is excellent, home cooking. Wide choice of first courses, second courses, cheeses. Generous portions. The prices are very affordable for how you eat. take a look, you will surely agree with me.
02/01/2025: Beautiful super family environment! The fixed lunch menu is good and convenient (€12 with first course, second course, dessert and coffee) and the service is excellent!! We will definitely be back

27/09/2024: Amazing place. Very good food and at an affordable price. The menu changes daily depending on what fresh things they have. I have been there countless times now and it has never disappointed me, for breakfast, lunch or aperitif! It's all good, but a special mention to the fish which is always of excellent quality and cooked properly! It's a bit like a second home now.
