We chose it during the week, made it Sunday morning, and picked it up directly from the refuge the same day. This morning I bought an almond and lemon cake and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It's very soft and the almond flavor is delicious, while the lemon adds a fresh and pleasant note that makes it light and not at all cloying. Really excellent, I'll definitely buy it again!
