I already knew this neighborhood pastry shop and have always appreciated the products and the kindness of most of the staff. Unfortunately, this time I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at the cash register. When I tried to pay with a credit card, instead of simply informing me that it wasn't accepted, she started complaining loudly in front of other customers, saying things like that the price was practically a "grace" for paying with credit, which made me feel very embarrassed. In my country, it's normal to pay any amount with any type of card, and unfortunately, I'm still not used to always going out with cash. I understand the rule, but this could have been handled more politely and respectfully. Thus, she lost a customer who admired her products and always willingly purchased them.

historic pastry shop in bgo S Paolo (also a bar) with good value for money. staff a bit nervous due to the high turnout especially on Sundays.

The pastries are incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff is exceptionally efficient, despite the Sunday morning crowds.

A small but well-stocked and tidy place... Unfortunately, it's impossible to linger at the tables for a leisurely breakfast. The display cases are full of excellent, tempting pastries, but be prepared to pay... the prices, unfortunately, are like jewelry stores', above average...

Birthday Cake Order: 5 Well-Deserved Stars

I bought a birthday cake... none of the guests liked it: the sponge cake was very dry, the cream tasted like it came from a can of spray paint, and the hazelnuts on the side were rancid... it's a shame because the cake was supposed to be the perfect ending to a wonderful dinner!!! I won't be back.

The most beautiful shop window I've seen so far in Turin... the quality of the croissants is as high as that of the cafeteria. The best way to start the day is to come here for breakfast
