A nice place for lunch, an excellent idea for the lunch menu for students or workers which allows you to have a mignon of baked pasta, a pasta dish of your choice, water and focaccia for around €12. There is a lot of choice between types of pasta and sauce to match, it's always best to ask the staff which combination works best!

It's a nice place, with a young and lively atmosphere, run by very professional young people, very friendly and ready to respond to your requests. People come here to eat pasta, which is fresh and made by them. Many formats and many colours, combined with very tasty sauces. A place I wholeheartedly recommend. Don't expect a meal from star chefs, but you will leave happy and satisfied. Very tasty dishes. I make a special mention to Cinzia, Vanessa and Simone. Well done, good, good.

Excellent restaurant, both for the quality of the food and for the location. Restaurant very suitable for both students and workers, both for price and speed. Also suitable for tourists (like us) ;)

Dinner on 02/14/2024. Fairly central location, with decent parking availability, at least on the midweek evening of our visit. Environment furnished in minimal style, slightly warmed by the colored ceiling panels, in my opinion a little aseptic and impersonal; nice choice of open kitchen. Asepticity found in the choice of packaged salt, pepper and grated cheese, to safeguard hygiene but which takes away the "heat" from the experience. Discreetly spaced tables and adequate table space, albeit characterized by the little appreciated runner. Limited menu, focused on first courses to be assembled by choosing between eight types of pasta and nine types of seasonings, to which is added a small number of appetizers, including the rare rabbit tuna, and desserts. In my opinion, the presence of only one type of non-whole durum wheat pasta on the menu is difficult to understand. The starters are good, perhaps slightly lacking in salt, like one of our choices of first courses: the torchietti with Piedmont hazelnut pesto and crispy speck are better than the carbonara ones. In the second case, apart from the slight reinterpretation of the recipe and the little "push" of the pecorino, it seems to me, as already verified on other occasions, that the combination of fresh pasta - carbonara is not optimal, due to the tendency of this type of pasta , although cooked al dente, to remain a little too "mushy". Nice looking and tasty dessert. Crispy and tasty focaccia. Reduced wine list with honest prices. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. Rating: 7.5

Cena del 14/02/2024. Ubicazione abbastanza centrale, con discreta disponibilità di parcheggio, almeno nella sera infrasettimanale della nostra visita. Ambiente arredato in stile minimal, appena riscaldato dai pannelli colorati a soffitto, a mio giudizio un po’ asettico ed impersonale; carina la scelta della cucina a vista. Asetticità che si ritrova nella scelta di sale, pepe e formaggio grattugiato confezionati, a salvaguardia dell’igiene ma che tolgono “calore” all’esperienza. Tavoli discretamente distanziati e posto tavola adeguato, seppur caratterizzato dal poco apprezzato runner. Menù limitato, incentrato sui primi piatti da assemblare scegliendo tra otto tipi di pasta e nove tipi di condimento, cui si aggiunge un esiguo numero di antipasti, tra i quali l’introvabile tonno di coniglio, e i dolci. Poco comprensibile, secondo me, la presenza in carta di un solo tipo di pasta di grano duro non integrale. Buoni gli antipasti, forse lievemente carenti di sale, come una delle nostre scelte di primi piatti: meglio i torchietti al pesto di nocciole Piemonte e speck croccante di quelli alla carbonara. Nel secondo caso, a parte la leggera rivisitazione della ricetta e la poca “spinta” del pecorino, mi pare, come già verificato in altre occasioni, che il connubio pasta fresca - carbonara non sia ottimale, a causa della tendenza di questo tipo di pasta, seppur cotto al dente, a rimanere un po’ troppo “pastoso”. Dolce bello alla vista e buono. Focaccia croccante e gustosa. Carta dei vini ridotta con prezzi onesti. Personale cortese e servizio abbastanza rapido. Voto: 7,5

We visited Pasto for a lunch. The choice of pasta and different sauces is great, however none of us liked the final combinations, the pasta wasn’t great even if homemade. The carbonara was a delusion, as well as the pasta with sauce and fish. It used to be much better quality when they still had the small restaurant.

Ambiance très sympa on a une petite vue sur la cuisine, les recettes sont originales. Le concept est est qu’on puisse choisir la sauce puis le type de pâtes. Les serveurs conseillent quelles pâtes prendre si vous hésitez.

Abbiamo scoperto questo locale lo scorso anno, nella vecchia location, così ci siamo tornati anche quest’anno, prenotando da Bologna per essere certi di trovare posto poiché era piccolino. Abbiamo trovato un locale molto più grande, ma dove si respira la passione che ci era piaciuta tanto. La cameriera che ci ha servito è da tenere stretta, poiché è stata esaustiva, professionale e attenta a capire cosa proporre. Rarità. La pasta è buonissima e gli abbinamenti sono stati eccellenti. Equilibrati, innovativi e gustosissimi. I mini dolci sono il valore aggiunto e sono felice che abbiano mantenuto la proposta. Torneremo per la quarta volta e vi auguriamo di continuare così, alla grandissima.
