It's 7:08... Someone's talking inside, but no one's opening the door! I'm hungry and I don't have time!

I had a great time, especially with Matteo, the cashier. He's a super cheerful and positive guy, and I had a great conversation with him. It was a great afternoon experience, and I enjoyed a good coffee!

Excellent croissants. The only flaw is the lack of opening hours. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

Unfortunately, they're supposed to open at 7:10 in the morning, but at 7:15, I was told from behind the shutters that they'd open in 10 minutes. More importantly, THE BRIOCHES WERE ARRANGED WITH BARE HANDS and with winter jackets on. It's a shame for an excellent pastry shop to lose itself like this.

I'm a regular customer at this place, and I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. The products have always been top-notch, as have the service and staff. Unfortunately, for some time now, it's impossible not to notice the presence of insects (flies and ESPECIALLY cockroaches) that are now wandering everywhere, among the croissants, pastries, and glasses. I'm very sorry to have to write this because it's obvious that the place is clean and kept tidy by the staff. I salute and thank the Demetrio staff, hoping that things can change.
