Very elegant, but not at all exaggerated. I've seen many gluten-free pastries, but this one is definitely the best in Trieste and easily in the top 5 in all of northern Italy.

This is a very popular shop, but the coffee is absolutely delicious, truly the best I've ever had in Italy. They also have a wide variety of gluten-free cakes. It deserves five stars!

A very cute place, almost like something out of a romantic movie, clean and tidy, a quiet place where you can chat. The staff is warm and welcoming, although I must say the service isn't particularly prompt. The desserts and pastries are delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and especially great for those with food intolerances. Perhaps the service and hospitality could be improved a bit. In any case, I recommend it as a stop for anyone passing through.

Excellent bakery specializing in gluten-free products. All kinds of brioches, pastries, breads, and savory treats. They generally cater to all tastes (they also have lactose-free and vegan pastries). The variety is impressive, which is not a given in this type of establishment. After breakfast (which was incredibly delicious!), we also ordered some savory takeaways, which were equally good. Prices are high compared to other places, but in line with the quality offered.

I'm in Trieste and I asked ChatGPT to recommend a special place to eat panettone, and this was his suggestion. It's absolutely spectacular! All the pastries are out of this world, but the panettone couldn't be better—the texture is perfect. I was blown away! Highly recommended!
