To celebrate a surprise birthday, we bought a small fresh cake without pre-ordering. Everyone at the event complimented the cake, which was simply exquisite (sponge cake, white cream, topped with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and pistachios). Furthermore, the hot food, scacciate, and gelato, which we've tried several times, are always delicious. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!

I can say that it is one of the best pastry shops in Catania and its province...cannoli and cakes like they make them...there are few of them in Catania.

05/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance. The place is very simple but the food is truly excellent. The service is friendly, the meat is excellent, and the atmosphere is informal and unfussy, ideal for enjoying a pleasant dinner based on substance rather than form.

14/09/2025: Giarre is a celiac paradise!! The bakery and pastry shop are all strictly gluten-free. As soon as we walked in, we found so many delicacies, from bread and breadsticks to mini pizzas and magnificent desserts. We came this morning for arancini (made fresh) and a brioche with pistachio cream, and I can assure you, they were truly delicious! The woman at the counter and the guy behind it were super friendly, kind, and helpful! Next time we're in Sicily, we'll definitely be back at the gluten-free shop.
