Last night at a birthday party, I had a lovely surprise: a dessert from Biasetto. What can I say, I was thrilled! Berry Bavarian cream with vanilla insert, and then Sicilian cannoli, all excellent! It was wonderful to taste the fresh dessert made with top-quality ingredients, and the cannoli took me back to Sicily! Amazing! Thank you for making the party an unforgettable memory!

What can I say? Biasetto is Biasetto! That said, while I used to pop in for a "superb" breakfast, after my experience a few days ago, I prefer to go elsewhere. Honestly, they seem to be saving money now. Let's be clear: everything is delicious, and the ingredients are always top-notch, especially the cakes and pastries (the setteveli remains my favorite). I find that the brioche portion, while still excellent, no longer has that "extra" compared to others, and, furthermore, the size and filling (for example, the cream) have significantly decreased. The coffee portion, at least the last time I had a cappuccino, was barely adequate.

It's always a pleasure to return to this historic pastry shop in the Pontecorvo area.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the desserts delicious. We also tried the savory treats, which were also very much worth it.
A must-visit for university students and postgraduates.

A select pastry shop. The displays of cakes, pastries, macarons, ice cream... are spectacular. For those with celiac disease, the products that indicate they may contain traces of gluten do indeed contain them; I can confirm this.

What's striking is the rare pursuit of quality in the ingredients and preparation, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the perfect atmosphere for a delicious meal. It's worth the detour of a few kilometers.

A total disappointment. Aside from the service, which was courteous and fast, breakfast was a complete flop. At 10:00 a.m., the croissants were already dry and completely tasteless, making you think they'd been made hours earlier. My pistachio croissant was practically empty: just a teaspoon of cream, to be generous.
I can't judge the rest of the products, but I'll never return for breakfast again.

Delicious pastry shop full of pastries and a variety of sweets.
The coffee is good (they make Moroccan coffee), as is the iced tea (real tea in a bag).
The lunch options are excellent.
