I have had pastry cabaret several times and found them good and above all fresh. I have never stopped to have a drink because the environment, for my personal taste, is impersonal. However I recommend.

I went to Bianchi with my grandmother as a child... when I return to Gallarate, having breakfast here is something unique for me. The best in the world.

Cibo ottimo,servizio anche, ambiente vecchio....una merenda 12€ mi sembra un po' cara,un caffè una cioccolata con panna,3 biscotti, 3 tortelli ripieni di crema pasticcera.....

Vi prego... siamo nel 2024 i canditi non piacciona a nessuno.. non infilateli a tradimento nella ricotta dei cannoli siciliani grossi come una casa.. o li tritate finimente o non ce li mettete.. perchè nemmeno in sicilia ce li mettono.. ed non è piacevole trovarseli in bocca :( Per il resto.. tutto buonissimo. A mio modesto parere è la pasticceria più buona, almeno del nord italia, la crema, su qualunque pasticcino, torta, brioche, è sublime!

Brioches davvero buone, prezzi nella norma, personale gentile.

'Since 1934 SNC Pasticceria Bianchi' is one of the most historical patisseries in Gallarate (as the name says, it has been in business since 1934). Creams are really fantastic even a 'normal' croissant. In the pics you can find 'Camels' of different sizes. These sweets are a speciality of Gallarate available each 6th of January (on Epiphany's day). Definitely advised to be tasted if you are around. Better to reserve them a few days before, because on the 6th of January you will find so many people queuing up for them. Cakes and other sweets are rather nice by the way.
