I purchased some cakes from this pastry shop today for my birthday. Having a lactose intolerance, I purchased two lactose-free single portions and I was really satisfied! The cakes were delicious, with a delicious flavor and perfect texture. I really appreciated the fact that they were lactose and gluten free, given that many people now suffer from food intolerances and it is rare to find alternatives. Even though they were not vegan, I found the quality of the ingredients and the taste truly excellent. I am now very curious to try them in a vegan version, sure that they will be equally extraordinary!
