Simply extraordinary people and products. Welcoming, kind, reserved but generous with excellent advice when needed. Real people, real products. Truly Sicilian in a context like Ortigia that often falls into "tourism" and imitation. Artale is an absolute certainty

In the center of Ortigia, probably the best place to live a very sweet Siracusan experience. Courteous staff, possibility to stop directly on the street and last but not least, truly remarkable quality and variety. Prices in line, not overly friendly.

I am from the province of Milan and I turned to Pasticceria Artale for a surprise birthday cake for my son who was in Syracuse on vacation. In addition to the kindness of Mrs. Anita and her availability (she also had the cake delivered to the restaurant), the cake was a success! A real delight, fresh, delicious, amazing!

La pasticceria Artale ancora presenta la sua tradizionale veste. Davvero squisiti i i dolcetti alla pasta di mandole, senza dimenticare la granita e la cassata. Ci passerei una intera giornata per provare tutte le specialità. Voto: 10

Abbiamo ordinato due gelati (pistacchio e torrone) e un cannolo. Gustati al tavolo all'interno, senza sovrapprezzo. Ottimi i gelati. Squisito, non troppo dolce, il cannolo. Servizio gentile e accurato.

03/01/2025: There were 4 of us who went on a Tuesday evening, arriving a little late due to the parking being unobtainable...welcomed I think by the owner who made us sit immediately, a nice person and absolute owner of the room, we had appetizers and first courses served with the right amount of anticipation and certainly everything freshly prepared! Let's say that the environment is very particular because it is in a small alley, but in the end it is a highly recommended place... strong flavours, excellent gnocchi filled with standard ricotta.
30/12/2024: Ho scelto questo ristorante per un pranzo in occasione di un soggiorno a Noto, per le ottime recensioni lette. Le recensioni sono state confermate. Ha pochi tavoli tutti all’aperto quindi consiglio di prenotare ed è aperto solo in estate fino ad autunno inoltrato. Tornando al pranzo tutto ottimo, abbiamo preso due primi io e mio marito da leccarsi i baffi. Se torno a Noto vado a pranzare o cenare dalla signora Ada, perfetta padrona di casa

10/06/2025: An incredible restaurant with exceptional service and food! The terrace is beautiful on a quiet street, and the dishes are excellent.
