The pastries were excellent, especially the chocolate one. The frappe was incredible, the best I've ever eaten. Thank you for this delicious treat.

Friendly staff, fast service. The brioches are generously filled and the granita is delicious. The pistachio cream is worth it. Recommended.

Crispy ricotta sfogliatelle and delicious ricotta, highly recommended, a must try.

In una delle vie principali del centro storico di Ortigia, incastonata tra piccole botteghe e negozi di souvenir, potrebbe sembrare uno dei tanti locali turistici della zona. Assolutamente no: è una pasticceria tradizionale quanto mai autentica. Locale classico, un po’ datato, ma tenuto ordinatissimo con una efficace esposizione di prodotti dolci e salati, tutti tipici tanto da creare al turista l’imbarazzo della scelta. Si finisce così per tornarci e ritornarci. Anche se quando sono in visita ad una città che non conosco, non amo tornare più di una volta nello stesso locale, preferendo fare più esperienze differenze possibili, qui è stato inevitabile venirci quasi ogni giorno. Assolutamente consigliato, da non perdere. Ho provato cannoli (preparati al momento), bignè, arancini e una eccezionale siciliana Tuma e acciughe che per sostanza e qualità vale un pasto intero. Da non perdere.

La pasticceria Artale ancora presenta la sua tradizionale veste. Davvero squisiti i i dolcetti alla pasta di mandole, senza dimenticare la granita e la cassata. Ci passerei una intera giornata per provare tutte le specialità. Voto: 10
