Pasticceria storica di quartiere con prodotti classici ma freschi e buoni prezzi!certo non troverete pasticceria moderna ma paste classiche e ben farcite il tutto condito dalla gentilezza del personale che offre sempre un sorriso!

10/12/2023: Ottimo cibo, materie prime genuine come l'olio che esaltava ogni piatto. Personale molto gentile, lo consiglio e noi torneremo sicuramente. Pulizia dei locali e...fasciatoio in bagno che per me è stato molto utile!
02/10/2023: Andavo in questo ristorante moltissimi anni fa con i miei genitori e ricordo vagamente i cibi però ricordavo la vista mozzafiato, ci sono tornata quest'estate con mio marito e mia figlia e devo dire che è stata una piacevole riscoperta! Antipasti deliziosi, primi fatti in casa e veramente genuini, una buona lista di vini e l'atmosfera rilassante ne fanno secondo me veramente un fiore all'occhiello per Tolfa. La posizione è strategica perché appena si arriva in paese, il ristorante affaccia direttamente sulla vallata sottostante. Ci siamo già tornati due volte e non mancheremo di tornarci ancora. Bravi davvero.

26/12/2023: I have known Il Birrone since it was a shop selling only bottled craft beer. For a long time now it has been transformed into a beautiful restaurant with cuisine, welcoming, cheerful and modern. Compliments to the dining room service and the kitchen for the Smoked (it's a ham but I wanted it plated and without bread). Delightful. I already knew the beers, they are all stratospheric, both draft and bottled. I noticed that the very good habit of selling beer in two-liter crown-corked bottles is also maintained, a detail that had once made their splendid production of beers famous in the city. Young environment run by young people. Really good.
01/11/2023: Average sandwiches, nothing special. Staff not very attentive and in a hurry. Medium-high prices. A sandwich €15.
