This is my first time in this pastry shop, having just arrived from out of town! The staff are friendly and smiling, starting in the morning. The pastries are exceptional, fresh, and the handmade custard is simply amazing! The pastry chefs use the finest ingredients, from vanilla beans to butter, etc. You can feel the desire to offer a first-class product, and you can tell they don't even know what the bagged mixes are, they make everything by hand, starting from the basics! I am a convinced (and fussy) customer of this pastry shop. Formidable for tea time and breakfast, there is space, there is everything to make a good impression. The choice of pasta is right and you always find them fresh, from the beginning to the end of the day. Cream with lots of vanilla, very special mentions: the Chantilly Maritozzi, the croissant pastry, and for me the top... The babà mignon. Strong, alcoholic, aromatic, top!
