We are a couple and stayed at the Best Western in early March with two smartphones. The quality of the rooms is good, the food excellent, but what really made the difference was the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. At the restaurant, we were served by Ms. Caterina, who made us feel at home with her kindness.

Although it's out of the way, the facility is excellent, and the staff are all very professional, friendly, and helpful. I always find the atmosphere very welcoming. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent. The bathrooms are very clean. During my last stay, I appreciated the fact that the shower had no traces of mold or limescale in the corners. In particular, the shower nozzles were absolutely clean, with no traces of limescale.

13/12/2025: Discovered completely by chance while out for a walk. I had two arancini just today for Santa Lucia, and I have to say they were as good as the ones I eat down in Palermo. Sure, when he told me "€5.40" I was a little stingy with meat, but considering we're just under 1,500 km from my dear Zyz, I'd say it's a fair compromise. I'll definitely be back to try the desserts, too. In any case, based on this first experience, I recommend this authentic rotisserie to anyone passing through the area, Sicilian or otherwise.
