Hotel with an old-fashioned charm. Clean in the important areas. Very friendly staff. Perhaps refresh the rooms by replacing the old wallpaper with a nice fresh coat of paint.

We went to this hotel for rest, before a concert in Campovolo. I can't rate the hotel in "normal" conditions. From the first moment we noticed the maximum friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the reception. From the telephone conversation to the support and availability in the hotel. The suite was very spacious, with satellite channels, on TV and with a wooden table and chairs in the living room. The bed was really very large and comfortable. There were several pieces of furniture. The bathroom, on the other hand, is absolutely not worthy of note, as the shower cubicle is rather narrow. The TV that turns on every time you enter (I think because of the power cut) is a bit disturbing, especially at night, when you don't expect voices or noises coming from the room. Two small details contribute to removing a star, but these are small problems that probably represent rare rather than unique episodes: - parking signage: having booked parking (paid, but at a negligible cost) we found ourselves wandering around as the signage is not clear about the hotel's parking lots. Furthermore, unfortunately for us, the parking door had also been deactivated by some hotel customer. When we reached the reception they supported us very well but I think it is necessary to implement a security mechanism or more specific indications for hotel guests. - the room had been prepared for one person: a bathrobe, a pair of slippers, a hair cap, etc. . Again, nothing serious, I could have called reception, but we were already undressed and tired. Breakfast was large and plentiful, even if the products that run out were not replaced quickly. Ultimately I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to be able to re-evaluate the structure soon, perhaps being able to take advantage of the other services offered, especially because it deserves 5 stars at least for the staff.

The Best Western circuit confirms itself as the right compromise between quality and price. In particular the structure of Reggio Emilia. Front office welcome with professionally trained staff available for every request. The same thing for the restaurant area and breakfast, where the room assistants welcome guests with a big smile and are available to satisfy as best as possible by offering comfort and recommending excellent dishes of the Reggio Emilia cuisine. Large spaces and lounges where you can relax between an aperitif and a chat. Personally I find this hotel an excellent solution for a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Great location, just outside Reggio. Spacious rooms with a classic style, could use some modernization work. The difference is made by the staff, of any level, always kind, helpful and able to solve any needs. This for me makes the difference and makes it a place that always deserves 5 stars! Well done.
