I ordered the tagliatelle carbonara, and it was exceptionally delicious. After visiting Rome, I expected a slightly different flavor, but it was still delicious. The artichokes were a perfect addition to the carbonara, but the version without them is also very good. The chef was very nice and spoke good English, so I recommend it to all tourists.

Amazing pasta, the taste was incredible, pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. The cook was professional, you can look at the whole process with pans.

I recommend it! You can eat here very tasty food at a good price! The pasta is prepared in front of you, very tasty, and there are several options to choose from. The place is small, and meals are mainly served for takeout, but there are a few tables for dining in.

yummy and super affordable pasta. we ordered a very simple butter and cream pasta as we had bought fresh truffle from a shop nearby that we grated onto the pasta, and the flavors worked wonderfully together. pastas here are extremely affordable compared to anywhere else i’ve seen, and the chef is also extremely nice. highly recommend this place if you’re in sienna.

We were looking for a place to get lunch that would be more authentic and better-priced than restaurants right on the main town square, and Pastazuf perfectly fit the description of a hole in the wall with great food and great prices. It's quite small with a few tables outside on the street in the old part of the city, so there's not much traffic, and the surroundings are very charming. We ordered the pici prepared with amatriciana or with "black cabbage" which is actually kale, and they were AMAZING, the best pasta we've had in Italy on this trip so far (1 week). The chef works two burners preparing the orders right there in the front window. Do not miss this place if you come to Siena, and order the pici which is the local specialty.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our first trip to Sienna, and we knew we had to make a separate trip to Sienna a few day later for more of his pasta. Freshly made pasta cooked in balanced sauces to a perfect al dente right in front of you. We ordered one pasta to be shared between our two young children, and he even offered to cooked slightly more pasta for the kids without extra charge. The price of 7 euro per pasta is unbeatable. This is hands down the best pasta we've had in Tuscany and our Italy trip so far!
