A must-see in Syracuse: spectacular arancini! We had four: alla norma; pistachio; ragù; and butter. The filling was incredible, and the frying was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We happened to be passing by this restaurant for lunch, and it was honestly the best pasta we ate during our travels in Italy. On top of that, the service was incredibly friendly. Thank you so much!

We tried four types of pasta, and they were all delicious. A great option for a quick takeout or in-house meal. The pastas are reasonably priced, and kids can order fries, which also tasted great.

Nice lowkey and unpretentious little restaurant. They have good pasta and very good prices. (1 beer and 1 pasta carbonara 13 Euro)

PastaRun, located on Via Umberto I near Piazza della Signoria, is a popular street food restaurant in Syracuse, renowned for its delicious and affordable handmade pasta.
The restaurant has seating on both the first and second floors, but the second floor offers more space and street views, making it more comfortable.
Customers can order via QR code on their mobile phones and pay by credit card, which is very convenient.
The pistachio al pistacchio is a classic and quintessential Sicilian street food, with a golden and crispy outer layer and a hot, spicy filling with a rich flavor of pistachios and cheese, offering a delightful combination of textures.
Palermo sardine pasta (Pasta con le Sarde alla Palermitana) is one of the most representative dishes of Sicily. Salted anchovies and sardines provide a rich, fresh seafood flavor, while the pasta is garnished with tender, stewed cherry tomatoes (Ciliegino di Pachino) and sun-dried tomatoes, adding a sweet and sour touch to the slightly salty seafood base. The pasta is also topped with a thick layer of caramelized, golden-brown, and crispy toasted breadcrumbs, giving it a unique texture.
Pistachio Iris al Pistacchio is a classic Sicilian dessert, frequently found in Syracuse pastry shops. The hollowed-out bread is filled with crema pasticcera al Pistacchio and then deep-fried. It has a crispy exterior and a silky smooth interior, with an exceptionally rich nutty and creamy flavor.
All dishes at the restaurant are made to order. Although the food is served on paper plates, the noodles are springy and delicious, and the flavor is just as good as that of a high-end restaurant.
