Delicious fish, carefully prepared dishes, and truly impeccable service! Excellent value, too. The octopus with chicory and the gnocchi with cuttlefish ragù were exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

I ate some truly delicious dishes last night.
Ricotta meatballs with diced cooked ham on arugula and pecorino fondue. I didn't take a photo because I ate them right away.
Then, a chicken breast with potatoes. Here's the photo.
I recommend this place.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times, both for lunch and dinner.
Everything is always very good.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Everything you eat is exceptional.

Dinner for three, we ate three first courses and a second course, accompanied by a bottle of Montefalco Rosso DOC "Le Chiamate." The first courses were top-notch, and the second course was excellent, even if it weren't for the fact that it was served cold. The second course in question was for sharing, and we realized it was cold after both of us shared and tasted it. We pointed this out to the wait staff, who offered to reheat it, regardless of the fact that it had already been shared and eaten by two people. What a shame! The desserts offered to compensate for the cold were much appreciated. Very quiet area of Ladispoli, clean place. Overall 4⭐.

The amatriciana was made with excellent fettuccine, but the sauce leaves something to be desired (it tastes like tomato pasta with guanciale added). I only looked at the carbonara; it looks like it has a bit of cream. The bruschetta with nduja and onion was good (it's a shame the onion was at a different temperature than the rest). The fried pasta they serve with the bread is delicious. The staff was excellent, and parking was easy.
