I booked the pasta class as a present and it was a wonderful experience! If you want to learn about how to make your own pasta I would recommend this cooking class. We really enjoyed the evening!! Special activity while visiting Bologna

Nous avons eu la chance de participer à un cours de confection de tortelloni chez Pasta Lab. Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience car non seulement nous avons acquis la technique pour faire et étaler (ce qui n'est pas simple) la pâte mais également le tour de main pour réaliser de magnifiques pâtes farcies. La patience et la gentillesse des animatrices, Alexandra et Lucia, et sans limite ! Nous n’étions que 4 participants et nous avons bénéficier de toute l’attention de toute l’aide nécessaire pour correctement maîtriser les techniques. Nous avons ensuite dégusté nos créations arrosées d'un très bon vin local dans une ambiance chaleureuse et amicale. A faire absolument !

We went to Lucia's for a pasta course and couldn't have wished for it to be nicer. Lucia not only taught us Bolognese pasta, but also a bit of its history and many tricks for making pasta ourselves. It couldn't be more authentic. We will definitely come back for another course!

We took a pasta course in February with Alessandra and it was a magnificent experience! She is a great teacher and a great conversationalist. We had fun, we learned and we had a great dinner! 100% recommended!!

Mi marido y yo hicimos una clase de pasta por la noche en octubre mientras visitábamos Bolonia. Habíamos tomado un par de otros mientras que en nuestro viaje de 2 semanas a Italia, esto fue lo mejor! ¡Aprendimos a hacer tortelloni y tagliatelle! La pasta era increíble y nos encantó ver nuestra creación cobrar vida. ¡Increíble lo que puede hacer un poco de agua de pasta y mantequilla para complementar los tortellones frescos! Aprendimos mucho y lo pasamos de maravilla! Gracias por una velada increíble e informativa! Viaje de toda la vida!

02/03/2025: If we were just talking about the food it would be 5 stars: the quality of the raw materials and preparation are indisputable. The fried cream is famous for miles around. Unfortunately, the ordinary environment, certainly clean but without particular care, and a service without attention, bordering on unfriendly, lower the average. So: if you're just interested in food, it's perfect. If you are looking for that something extra, made up of a welcoming and particular environment or a prompt and attentive service....go elsewhere
09/12/2024: Tasting menu portions are really very small... tasty appetizer, scamorza wrapped in grilled ham, cold and white tagliatelle with blackberry ragù, but since they were only 2 forkfuls, we didn't even ask to heat them up and season them anything else. Good tortelli. Second course of meat with lard... the meat was excellent, too bad it was cold and the lard didn't melt. Abundant dessert, 2 slices of trifle. The dishes of those who didn't take the tasting were good, but the portions were still small... excellent mascarpone.

04/12/2024: They are very kind, I recommend the Pollock cake they make, very sweet for those who love real desserts, but it's deadly, you can never stop eating it. truly compliments.
19/10/2024: Compared to other artisanal ice cream shops, less product at a higher cost. The ice cream was great though!
