Great cooking class with add-on dinner. We learned a bunch of useful skills and the food turned out great. I did the pasta-making class with my wife and then we had the rest of the travel party arrive towards the end of the class and we did a dinner with wine.

Highly recommended for learning to make handmade pasta. We took a class followed by dinner for us and our travel party. Really fun, food turned out great and we came home with a lot of new knowledge.

This was our favorite experience while in Bologna. Lucia and Alexandra teach you to make pasta even if you have never done it. They are true pasta masters. We cannot wait to return!

We did a pasta course and had a great evening with fantastic food and delicious wine! Alexandra was super friendly and we learned a lot about Italian food culture. It was a lot of fun, thank you!! :)

It was a truly pleasant afternoon/evening, the very knowledgeable Lucia guided and accompanied us on this journey. We learned how to make tortellini: from the dough, to the filling, to rolling out the pastry, up to the closing and cooking. In this relaxed and homely environment, step by step, between a concept and a story, the hours flew by and the tortellini were ready to be tasted. Satisfied and satisfied with the professionalism, kindness and experience. Super recommended, we will be back.

We had a great experience at Pasta Lab with Alexandra! She was a great host and we learned so much! They were very flexible with my wife's gluten allergy and we were able to make great pasta and a main chicken course. I can't wait to try it out at home! Thanks Alexandra for a memorable evening!!

Molto delizioso🥰😋 Value and Quality - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We cooked the tagliatelle and reheat the ragu sauce. Just as good as the ones we ate at some restaurants. We served with parmasean reggiano cheese. Absolutely to die for. We will be back for lots more👏👏👏

Fresh Pasta TRAINING-SCHOOL It was a wonderful experience, an afternoon full of competence, professionalism and fun. For about 3 hours under the watchful eye of Lucia and Alexandra we were able to experience with our little hands how to make tagliatelle and ravioli... and then eat it all accompanied by a nice prosecco. Highly recommended!

17/08/2024: Having landed at Bologna airport we ended up there by chance. All excellent, the tortellini in nrodo eaten with gusto even if it was very hot outside. The owner and his wife are delightful. If I come back to those parts I will definitely go back.
16/08/2024: Arrived on August 14th...7.20pm...me and my older son...were looking for a place with takeaway so we could all take home and eat together. We go in and they don't do takeaway but they are very kind and on the way out my son asks me dad, shall we go back to eat tomorrow?... it's nice. Ok, let's go back and ask if they are open. We return and nothing is fully booked for the 15th of August (rightly so)... but they stop us immediately..."come on, look at the menu, it's late, there's nothing open and I don't want to leave you without eating. We thanked him and looked at the menu and ordered. 2 first courses (mezzemaniche with fish and prawn ragù and "tagliatellone" with scampi, prawns and almond cream) and a portion of skewers with potatoes. While we wait my son takes a look at the whole place...fantastic and very well kept...food ready and we fly home to eat. Everything was really really delicious... and three of us ate it and it was left over, not bad (we ate it the next day). The quality of the raw material seemed fantastic to me...the raw scampi...my goodness, how delicious, and the potatoes? You know, they're potatoes...no, never mind...those are potatoes. So nothing, the fantastic owners... very kind and very nice... the quality of the food, really high, we are in Lippo to take this into account. And the result?...that we will certainly soon be eating some good fish. And then we'll try the fat... but if the fish is like this...! Congratulations again and thank you Flep
