Bought in passing at Cheese 2025, 400g of agnolotti del plin meat and vegetables, unfortunately I have to say mediocre, hard even after cooking, apart from the out of place price, and in any case not displayed in sight, my fault for having to ask, and in any case 25 euros per kg without even a tray, but the product placed inside a piece of simple paper closed with scotch tape, does not seem like a good service to me. Needs improvement..

I visited this place during the Cheese Festival in Bra, and what can I say... AMAZING! Fantastic staff, incredibly friendly and helpful, the ingredients are of undeniable quality. All the filled pasta is fresh and made right there, so I can cook and serve it fresh. The food is incredibly varied. If you're looking for a no-frills, family-friendly place where quality and local ingredients are the cornerstones, you absolutely have to go! 👍🏻

12/07/2025: Reviewing the food truck: WOW!!!! Finally a sandwich worthy of the name. Heated on a griddle, super-filled with veal with tuna sauce and sauce... delicious, just like you'd make at home when you need to satisfy a craving. If you're good like this on the road, you'll be even better at a fixed stove! Thank you so much, and well done! Don't change!

24/12/2025: Good morning 20 days ago, as always, and not just for the Christmas period, I ordered 2kg of agnolotti and 1.5kg of tortellini. We always freeze them, but this year we had to divide them, and while dividing them, I noticed that the tare weight of the cardboard tray hadn't been removed. In practice, with the tray and paper, the weight was exactly 1kg for agnolotti, so each tray was missing 30-40g of food for two out of 80g of food. And for the tortellini, a full 77g of food was missing.
