What can I say... Here you eat well, you spend the right amount. Family atmosphere and delicious fresh pasta. Attention to the customer. If you pass by here you have to go. Greetings from Lake Maggiore. Real family of bikers as well as excellent restaurateurs.

Pasta fresca fantastica in cui si può anche consumare sul posto, cibi di qualità elevata e dal gusto fantastica, fatti seguendo la tradizione. Gentilezza e disponibilità completano il tutto.

Nice, well-stocked deli with tables to sit and eat the dishes they cook. Friendly and efficient service, the mise en place is restaurant-style with glass glasses and steel cutlery. I went there for a quick lunch on a work day. There were two of us, and even though it was full and we hadn't booked, they managed to quickly accommodate us at the counter in front of the window. They brought us a small welcome appetizer along with the drinks. We then had ravioli del plin with roast sauce, scallops and bunet as dessert, water and coffee all for €31 for two. Very honest.

Small but well-kept place with modern furniture. Welcoming and friendly staff. I asked for plin ravioli with Bra sausage ragout. They were excellent. The pasta although fresh was cooked al dente. the ragù had a ratio of 1/3 tomato sauce 2/3 minced meat. I asked more or less how much it weighed and after he replied he told me that if I wanted it a little bigger they could do it. I did this and I haven't regretted it. It immediately made a good impression on me that it was packed with customers constantly coming in and out, you could read the satisfaction in their faces. When I go to Bra again I know where to eat!

04/05/2025: Enchanting refuge in the heart of the Varaita valley. The owners immediately made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast and dinner! A commendation for the attention to detail throughout the structure. We can't wait to go back!
16/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana rilassante qui a Delfin dal Pianol, grazie all’accoglienza di Cinzia e alla bontà dei suoi piatti. Complimenti per l’impegno e la cura con cui è portata avanti la struttura. La camera grande e comoda e la posizione centrale rispetto alla valle ne fanno sicuramente un posto perfetto in cui tornare. Sicuramente consigliato!

08/05/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday and saw the whole structure. Very high comfort in the rooms in a structure completely renovated less than 2 years ago, they are modern and functional, preserving the Thirties style. Here we dispel the myth that "where you eat, you don't sleep and vice versa". Here you eat very well, as genuine as at home and you sleep very well. The quality of the dishes is decidedly superior to expectations for a "trattoria", as the structure defines itself, with excellently prepared dishes with an unforgettable taste. Excellent wines, even in small tastings. Excellent service. Panoramic view, you can eat outside, weather permitting where there is exemplary silence. You have to return at least once a season, with dishes that change based on the local raw materials available. You can admire beautiful hilly views in the nearby surroundings, the mountains can be seen with clear skies. There are many activities that can also be reached with the pedal-assisted bicycles made available by the structure. For those on the move, 100% electric: AC charging station in a car park in a nearby square and charging socket at the facility (ask for availability).
04/05/2025: Passing through with a friend we stopped for a bite. The first dish we had was very good.
