I was on holiday in Castiglione and, once I discovered this artisan pasta factory, I couldn't help but try all the products available, even placing orders almost daily. From pici to tortelli, every shape and variant of pasta was truly excellent. The owner Giacomo, in addition to being a REALLY kind and affable person, amazed me with the genius of some of the doughs and advice for preparing the dishes. If you don't feel like preparing your own pasta sauce, sauces and other rotisserie preparations are also available. The cakes are also really good. If you love trying (and cooking) local products when you travel, Giacomo's will certainly have a very positive contribution to your holiday.

Too bad we can't give 6 or 7 stars!! Giacomo's hands create fresh natural pasta and mouth-watering fillings 🤤 we tried all the ravioli and pici made by him and we were truly amazed by the excellence and imagination of his products ❤️ last but not least his kindness and professionalism is an excellent side dish 💯 definitely a stop not to be missed if you are in Castiglione! We will be back soon, thanks for everything!!!

Ottimi tortelli dall' impasto SUBLIME !!!!! Molta scelta :tradizionali,ai funghi ,al pesce. Sono Chef a domicilio e sono portavoce anche dei miei clienti che apprezzano molto.

Really very tasty ravioli, pasta and cakes. The service is very friendly. Two types of ravioli are offered daily to ensure good quality. We paid €36 for almost 1.7 kg of delicious ravioli.

If you are in Castiglione don't miss the tortelli experience from the pasta factory just across the arch. Not to mention the revisited pastiera... A small place but one that makes excellence its flagship... Which combined with the kindness of the owner makes it a stop not to be missed

21/01/2024: Sempre al top nella qualità dei piatti proposti e nel servizio. Oltre al sempre apprezzato fuori menu degli antipasti di mare, ottima la zuppa di pesce "Il Caldaro dell'Argentario", molto bene la frittura e delizioso il cheesecake al caramello salato. Calici di vino abbinati su consiglio del proprietario e gradito il vino liquoroso offerto.
