Pasta fresca da Sabrina is a true gem in Noto. The dishes are simply delicious: the fresh pasta is evident from the first bite, with a perfect texture and authentic flavor. Definitely worth a try and a return visit.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price

We thought it was a pasta restaurant, but it's a very basic place, with small tables, tiny cups, and cardboard plates. It looked like a children's birthday party venue. The pasta was very good, though.
