We thought it was a pasta restaurant, but it's a very basic place, with small tables, tiny cups, and cardboard plates. It looked like a children's birthday party venue. The pasta was very good, though.

If you pass through Noto you cannot miss stopping at "Pasta Fresca da Sabrina" where you can enjoy good fresh homemade pasta with super good and tasty sauce.

The pasta was very good and well-seasoned. Prices were average for the city. Two first courses, a 33cl Fanta, and a small bottle of water were €32.50. Recommended if you're in the area.

Absolutely fantastic!
By far the best ravioli I ever had, including my grandmother's, who is Italian, and my father's, who was a chef specialised in pasta and pizza. The pesto was simply ridiculously delicious. I could barely believe it.
My boyfriend had fettuccine al sugo. It was also very good (I tried it). Obviously, it was pasta al sugo, so in this case it was more normal, still the pasta was very light and you could easily notice the high quality of the ingredients. The sauce was perfectly integrated with the pasta (precise consistency).
We noticed a lot (a lot!) of locals buy the pasta in kg for cooking home, which already tells a lot about the quality: approved by local southern Italians...
The place was looking very very clean. The lady at the counter would wash her hands or use the alcohol very very frequently, as well as using gloves when dealing with the meals. And I mean always changing for new gloves... I was really impressed by how careful with hygiene they were. Additionally, she was extremely nice and polite.
This was an extremely pleasant meal which delivered much more value than it costs. A lot lot of quality and rather low price. I would highly recommend it any day. I am very critical and demanding. This is not a fancy place and I do not think they planed on being; I usually choose and rate a restaurant for the quality of the food, and this is most probably the best restaurant in Noto and I dare say probably even in the region.
