Pasta Fresca da Sabrina In Noto

It was a very casual, but fresh and flavorful pista. I want to eat it again ㅠㅠ

Excellent homemade pasta in a no-frills setting. Pick your type of pasta and sauce. We got cavatelli with Ragu and ravioli with pork tomato sauce, and it was stellar. They also sell bags of their homemade pasta to take home. Fair prices as well. Great experience!

It only has 4 dishes and one special but you don't really need more. It was one of the best places to eat pasta and don't hesitate to ask for the special that is not on the menu. It was my favorite.

The best ravioli I've tried in Sicily! We went with pistachio pesto ravioli and they were absolutely delicious! They are also open in the afternoon when it's really hard to find a place to eat. Definitely recommend!!!

Lovely little pasta place - freshly made, you can compose your own pasta by choosing the pasta type and the sauce to go with it. Very well cooked and affordable.

This was a fantastic find for pasta lovers. Spotlessly clean little restaurant that makes delicious selection of fresh pasta to eat in or take away to cook at home. All the locals spoke very highly of them and we saw restaurant staff come in to collect raw fresh ravioli to take away and pass as their own. We will be back tomorrow to sample a new delight at very reasonable prices.
