New Pasta e Basta is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. I've been coming here for months and every time I feel at home. The owners and staff are extraordinary people: welcoming, friendly and with a big heart. Here you can breathe passion and authenticity, and you can feel it in every dish. The pasta is always fresh, the sauces rich in flavor and the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable. And then there are them: rubatà, typical Turin breadsticks, so good that they become addictive (be warned!). All with honest prices, which is rare when you focus on quality. But what makes this place special is the atmosphere: you don't come just to eat well, but to feel good. If you are looking for a corner of warmth and taste in the heart of Turin, this is the right place.

The owner was very welcoming. It’s popular with local people which we liked, the pasta was perfectly al dente. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty.

Very cosy restaurant with lovely food and attentive staff.

Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, and really good desserts too. Wide selection of bitters (and those who pour are very generous, my partner and I left happy and with red cheeks).

We were there 3 days in a row for lunch and dinner with the whole swimming team, excellent dishes, particular attention to celiacs, and sambuca. Thank you!!!!!
