Kindness, education and dedication to the customer crown a typical traditional environment where typical Roman products meet the taste of the combinations of the many types of dishes... and of course "SANDWICHES". All served with friendliness by the warm smiles of the staff made up of: Moira (the Coach) who behind the scenes "so to speak" manages preparation and courses with professionalism💯. Spectacular sandwiches, from the most indulgent to the lightest, there's something for everyone here. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is a bit basic, but what matters is the taste! The gourmet fries are a must-try. Well done!

I stumbled upon this place while looking for lunch near the Gemelli metro station. The sandwiches are incredibly filling and excellent value. I recommend the sandwich with Porchetta di Ariccia PGI, Cilento buffalo mozzarella, and Bronte pistachio pesto...superb!

Ristorante Il Cantuccio

01/03/2026: A very simple and basic family-run restaurant where we immediately felt welcomed with great kindness. The dishes we chose were truly excellent, carefully prepared and authentically flavored. The nettle risotto and the green pepper fillet were superb. The spaghetti with porcini mushrooms and clams were also very good. A genuine place where you eat well and enjoy a warm, family atmosphere. Very fair prices. The only small suggestion I would make concerns the exterior of the restaurant, which could be updated and made more welcoming to further enhance the overall experience. We will definitely be back!
14/02/2026: I had a seafood lunch at an excellent restaurant with a friendly, family atmosphere. I felt at home. The mussel sauté, grilled sea bass, and sea bream with baked potatoes were highly recommended. I'll be back with my family soon.
