My compliments especially go to Edoardo and Moira, two wonderful and kind people. Moira is lively, fast, friendly, and always ready to recommend the right dish, and then Edoardo, the one who knows how to delight your palate. Tonight he delighted us with a sublime carbonara, delicious, and I think unique! Not to mention the sandwiches and his fantastic tiramisu! It's impossible to resist! If you want to eat!!!! You have to go to Pasqualino's. First of all, I'm not biased. I saw the place near Gemelli Hospital and went in. The two guys, Daniele (I don't remember the other one), were immediately friendly. They put me at ease. The waitress puts you at ease. I only had a sandwich with porchetta. It was impeccable! (There are a wide selection of dishes, by the way.) FAIR prices! Excellent local beer, called Appunto Pasqualino. The advertising is done by the customer. If you don't eat, you're missing out on life's pleasures.
