The raw ingredients are evident, the dishes are meticulously crafted, and the flavors are distinct, undiluted. The service is attentive but never intrusive, and the atmosphere is warm and authentic, the kind where you truly relax. 17/01/2026: ABSOLUTE Cinema. I couldn't have eaten better. Incredible stuff, Savarin with tongue, donkey stew, coffee with a mocha pot, OOOOH. They were so fizzy, I don't understand why it was empty when I was there, but it's better this way -- the fewer people there are, the better, tbh -- after all, we know people have questionable taste. Incredible, I had a great time.
