I remember the kebab that was... I was a loyal customer of this place, since it changed management unfortunately the quality of the product is not even remotely what it was before. I give two stars only because it is a mediocre kebab, still edible but like thousands of others around. The piadina made by the owner, well browned, juicy, well leavened, has been replaced by the classic piadina of large distribution, flat and anemic white, the skewer and the meat also seem of a lower quality to me. Result: there is only the memory of the best kebab in Parma. It was a pleasure to eat your kebab in these years maestro, never again Edit: the maestro is back. Parma finally has a top-level kebab again!

Siamo tornati per l'eccellente qualità e non siamo rimasti delusi, posto pulitissimo e gestore disponibile e gentile e prezzo estremamente onesto.

Parma Kebab has a special taste

Pretty good kebab, terrible service. I ask if he has any hand sanitizer and he replies (quite annoyed) "there's a bathroom". I go into the bathroom and there's no soap, I go out and tell him and he contradicts me by saying there is and disappearing into the kitchen. I think he went to get soap but nothing, when I see him again I tell him there's no soap and he replies "leave it". In the end the only one to wash his hands was him, since mine were dirty. There was no place to sit outside while from the photos it seems there was. The good kebab is not worth the service or the cost.
