Parma Kebab has a special taste

Pretty good kebab, terrible service. I ask if he has any hand sanitizer and he replies (quite annoyed) "there's a bathroom". I go into the bathroom and there's no soap, I go out and tell him and he contradicts me by saying there is and disappearing into the kitchen. I think he went to get soap but nothing, when I see him again I tell him there's no soap and he replies "leave it". In the end the only one to wash his hands was him, since mine were dirty. There was no place to sit outside while from the photos it seems there was. The good kebab is not worth the service or the cost.

The environment is not nice but the kebab is really very good, well balanced and with fresh ingredients. I prefer to take the kebab and take it home and heat it in the oven
