A very cool restaurant in the center of Mola. Varied and sophisticated menu. High-end cocktails. Attentive and polite staff. Good wine list. Highly recommended.

What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

Absolutely everything was spot on : cosy quiet restaurant in a back room, nicely decorated with just enough background music, friendly yet discreet staff, exquisite pasta. For our first night in the region, we could not have hoped for better. They set the bar high for our next 2 weeks here.

We were served by the owner, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help us choose unique cocktail pairings. The venue is reminiscent of a jazz club, with meticulous attention to detail. The service was attentive and fast. The cuisine is the real highlight, with balanced flavor combinations, some more original, others inspired by tradition but still reinterpreted. Compared to the average restaurant in nearby tourist destinations, the prices are decidedly low. In any case, it was the best Apulian dinner so far.

Intimate and refined place. Excellently prepared food. Excellent selection of wine and drinks. Very kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. I recommend trying it if you're in Puglia or if you simply love good food.

31/01/2026: Excellent food with just the right amount of seasoning. Tables are close together because the place is small, so reservations are recommended.
30/01/2026: Fantastic dinner with friends. We had all kind of fish appetizers and a main course plus a selection of desserts. Everything was very very good and the fish was very fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. I'll come again for sure!
