Sorry for this long-winded preamble, but the other evening I had dinner in this place and I felt pampered in every sense. On the one hand the kindness, competence and discretion of a far-sighted owner who conceived and created this splendid bistro and on the other the mastery of a chef who accompanied me on a journey of taste by offering me new combinations of raw materials such as to literally leaving me breathless.
