What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

Absolutely everything was spot on : cosy quiet restaurant in a back room, nicely decorated with just enough background music, friendly yet discreet staff, exquisite pasta. For our first night in the region, we could not have hoped for better. They set the bar high for our next 2 weeks here.

We were served by the owner, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help us choose unique cocktail pairings. The venue is reminiscent of a jazz club, with meticulous attention to detail. The service was attentive and fast. The cuisine is the real highlight, with balanced flavor combinations, some more original, others inspired by tradition but still reinterpreted. Compared to the average restaurant in nearby tourist destinations, the prices are decidedly low. In any case, it was the best Apulian dinner so far.

Intimate and refined place. Excellently prepared food. Excellent selection of wine and drinks. Very kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. I recommend trying it if you're in Puglia or if you simply love good food.

Il nome del locale è già una promessa: qui si parla piano davvero, perché a fare rumore – in senso buono – sono la cura per i dettagli, la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale, e in particolare Gió (Giuseppe), è attento, cordiale ma mai invadente. Ogni portata è stata una piccola sorpresa, ben presentata e ricca di sapore, con abbinamenti mai scontati. Il calice di vino, servito in un bicchiere elegantemente inciso con il nome del ristorante, ha accompagnato la serata con delicatezza. L’ambiente è raffinato, con luci morbide e arredi scelti con gusto: tutto contribuisce a creare un luogo dove il tempo sembra rallentare. Consigliamo Parla Piano a chi cerca una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e desidera concedersi un momento di autentico piacere, tra buon cibo e atmosfera raccolta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Arrivi in questo locale, davanti c è il bar che chiamarlo bar è riduttivo, sempre elegante, luci soffuse ecc c’era gente che prendeva un calice di vino o un piatto da accompagnare ad un cocktail, poi spingono un bottone ed entri nel ristorante nascosto sul retro, con soli sette tavoli carinissimo..il menù è raffinato ma porzioni normali e prezzi giusti per il locale, noi abbiamo preso cadauno un antipasto un risotto e un dolce, coperto di 2 euro ,che è molto meno di altri posti , poi all inizio danno un entrée e del pane con olio da degustare ( sia entrée che pane anche senza glutine, e il pane lo fanno loro ). Tutti i dolci sul menù sono senza glutine, servizio attento e professionale, il cameriere ti appende la giacca e ti verse anche il vino man mano che svuoti il bicchiere ma senza invadenza. Lo consiglio per una cena romantica di coppia o con pochi amici che amano degustare buon cibo, non è un locale per famiglie rumorose come si evince dal nome .. ah dimenticavo nel menù c’è una vasta scelta di cocktail con nomi di profumi famosi di cui ricordano la fragranza… fantastico!!!
