Recommended by a concierge in St. Regis Firenze. We ordered a shrimp risotto and the steak. Both were very tasty and the atmosphere is very much Italy!!

very tasty, nice service. Florentine steak should be so to speak raw but without blood, with a crust on the outside, this is the specificity of the dish.

Parione was the best dinner experience we had in Florence! The staff and the chef were extremely kind and welcoming, the atmosphere in the wine cellar was cozy and authentic, and the food was incredible.

We booked this place in advance. It's very popular, saw it on a travellers blog. We were tucked down in the wine cellar, had a lovely atmosphere. Our waiter told us the specials and gave recommendation s. Wine excellent. The food was generous and beautiful. Tasted of Florence. Sun-kissed and cooked to perfection. Had a wonderful night.... Wish it was just down the road to us now... Still, an excuse to return.

This is a pearl. Great service and the food was amazing. The boys in the family had the Fiorentina and it was the best meat they ever had, which says a lot. Would definitely go to Florence again, just for this restaurant.

Weekend a Firenze? Fate un salto ad assaggiare l’ottima fiorentina del Parione. Tenerissima e succulenta! Arriva con contorno di patate e fagioli.

Cena tra amici per degustare la carne. Un po’ caro il prezzo al kg della Fiorentina, non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci abbiano mostrato il pezzo di taglio prima della cottura. Buona la carne e buon servizio.

14/08/2024: We had a really positive welcome here and enjoyed some delicious food. The restaurant feels more authentic than many others in Florence and more traditional. Really worth a visit and particularly enjoyed the meat dishes.
01/08/2024: Spectacular Traditional Tuscan food in the best trattoria in Florence. The best service, Saberio and Luisa were responsible for giving us an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is very cozy, it has tables inside and outside the restaurant. The bathroom is clean. We tried Fiorentina steak, a classic, with salad and a side of potatoes. As appetizers you have options of prosciuto, salami and cheese with honey and fig jam. For dessert there are options such as tiramisu, delicious. They gave us limoncello drinks. Thank you for this unique experience.
