Parbleu Cafe In Chiari

We went to Bar Par Bleu for a family breakfast: my wife, our two children, and I. The initial experience was positive, with a refined atmosphere and good products. We ordered two juices for the children, paying €3.50 each—already a bit above average for a simple juice in a village bar, but acceptable given the quality of the place. The next day we returned for an aperitivo. We ordered two spritzes for €7 each—quite a price considering we're in Chiari, not a tourist destination—and two more juices for the children. The surprise came when we got the bill: the exact same juices as the day before were charged a whopping €5 each. When we asked for an explanation, the bartender explained the difference by citing a surcharge for aperitivo hours. What left us perplexed was that, despite the increased price, the aperitivo appetizers were only for two people—that is, only for those who ordered spritzes, and not for the children, who were still charged the "aperitivo" price. In short, the place is beautiful and the products are good, but the pricing seemed unclear and unjustifiable, especially in a town like Chiari, where there are other bars with the same quality but decidedly more honest prices. A little more transparency (and perhaps consistency) wouldn't hurt.

Probably the best hamburger bun I've ever eaten

I had a coffee with a friend and I had a great time. Welcoming place, easy to reach and with convenient parking in the back. Being on the street level it is also accessible to people with disabilities. Positive experience.

It is undoubtedly a good place, where the dishes are prepared with skill, taste and with the utmost care, having said that however it is certainly necessary to lower the prices because the bill they present is excessively expensive and this is a big limitation. It is not admissible to touch € 30 for a quick lunch in a place that however refined and classy is not a restaurant, but a bar. This prevents the customer from returning because it becomes highly uneconomical to often spend such a sum to eat something. So without a doubt quality, without a doubt technical ability, without a doubt care for the atmosphere of the place, without a doubt kindness on their part, but they must review the prices or the customer, even if happy, will not be able to return to them a second time and it is a shame.

It falls into the "historic places" category, even the words I remember were a little different... but how many memories

Un bar con cucina che propone piatti semplici e di buona qualità, ma con prezzi un pò eccessivi. Il servizio è cortese, ma il conto alla fine è decisamente troppo alto considerata la location.

Ottimo locale... si mangia veramente bene... e si beve meglio..... simpaticissimo lo staff..

The food is delicious and the service is well mannered. In my opinion the price-performance ratio can be rated as 4 stars

Good drinks, average aperitif. definitely high prices for the area.
