Went today for Sunday lunch, the staff is really poor... they have no idea how to work, waited 40 minutes for a starter... the food was good and the price was right, however, there is a lot of room for improvement.

15/06/2025: Delicious, an Aperol spritz with what we call a "bacon torch" a kind of crispy breadstick with real Parma ham around it! Really tasty in a nice atmosphere on an old square. Hotel Cortaccia across the street, also great.

16/11/2025: Very kind and professional staff, decent atmosphere, so-so food. Perhaps more suitable for a foreign tourist; a true Parma native might have something to say about it. The sbrisolona is good.
26/10/2025: We only ordered a cappuccino and a bottle of water. At first, everything was quick and easy, but then, when friends joined us, each order took far too long. The waiters were overwhelmed with each order. The coffee wasn't particularly tasty, and on top of that, a bottle of water (0.75L) cost €5...
