Experience last night...
I called twice to order pizzas that my husband would pick up at a certain time. Well, when he arrives, he pays and realizes that one pizza was marked incorrectly, so he asks for the correct one to be made. He's told it can't be changed because it's already in the oven. He expects the pizzas to be delivered in 5 minutes, but instead, 20 minutes pass before they're delivered!!!
It was possible to change the order, but they didn't want to.
We'll never get pizzas from them again, that's for sure.
ALL THIS NEVER HAPPENED WHEN MICHELE WAS THERE!!!!!!

My husband and I went out for dinner this evening... we ordered two pizzas; my husband's arrived after 40 minutes (the place wasn't busy), and mine, which was incorrect and then immediately corrected, arrived after another 10 minutes because we asked... after finishing the pizza, we ordered a mascarpone and a sambuca... we waited another half hour and when we asked, "The mascarpone?" we were told they only had one girl in the kitchen... at which point we got up, paid, and left. It's not the first time we've waited so long, and once they even hadn't made my pizza... I think something needs to be fixed.
