Light and easily digestible pizza.....

Nice, welcoming, but noisy, you can't hear what your partner is saying... if there are few people, tables are better but if it's full I don't recommend it.

I go there almost every day for lunch at Pizzikotto in via Torelli in Parma and I can say that the experience is very positive. The staff is friendly, attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Every request is always satisfied with a smile and availability that is rarely found in the premises. I can only praise the quality of the dishes. The pizza is prepared with the freshest, high-quality ingredients, with a light and well-cooked dough, in all variations. The other dishes are also a pleasure for the palate. The lunch menu offers a variety of options, based on seasonality, for all tastes. In summary, Pizzikotto in via Torelli is a place that I highly recommend for the quality of the dishes and the friendliness and professionalism of its staff. Keep it up!!! Mauro

Stunning atmosphere, very kind waiters. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager who was able to recommend the right wine to us. All very good, we had a great time. Without a doubt the best pizzikotto in Parma.

Locale sempre molto frequentato, ha sia una sala interna che nella bella stagione un dehor esterno con più coperti. Tavoli abbastanza vicini ma ci siamo accomadati bene. Siamo arrivati in una serata particolare, con il locale pieno per il post-partita. Ordinazione veloce nonostante il sold-out della pizzeria. La particolarità è che ti danno la possibilità di scegliere l'altezza del bordo della tua pizza e la tipologia di impasto. Ordino una pizza bufala sottile: buonissima già al primo assaggio. Pasta croccante ma non dura, cotta in maniera perfetta, ingredienti molto equilibrati, passata di pomodoro dolce e saporita (elemento non sempre riscontrabile in altre pizzerie) topping di bufala abbondante e ben distribuito. Una delle pizze più buone e digeribili della città. Ottime anche le chips di patate fritte, anche se sono arrivate un po' attaccate e non perfettamente croccanti. Servizio molto veloce e cortese nonostante il locale pieno e prezzi in linea con i prezzi della città.
