For me, the best ice cream shop in all of Tuscany. The ice creams are EXCELLENT. I, who am lactose intolerant, for the first time in years, I was able to taste "real" flavors such as malaga, crema della nonna, tiramisu, stracciatella, etc.... it's worth a thousand thanks. And lactose-free cream exists at Pappagrappa and is delicious: light and not too sugary. It's a joy for those who have a sweet tooth and in my case, lactose intolerant. I highly recommend it.

The best ice cream, amazing granitas, and a superb cafe—it's already become a regular stop on every vacation. The staff is very friendly and always tries to guide us Germans through the menu in English, ensuring we enjoy our meal.
