12/02/2026: We booked for dinner, intrigued by the good reputation the restaurant has built over the years. Expectations were certainly met, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the courteous, prompt service. The appetizers, made with local ingredients, were very good, while all the pizzas we ordered were excellently made, well-seasoned, and easy to digest. Last but not least, excellent value for money. Just one note: on these winter evenings, it would be nice to have a little more heat in the dining room, given the size of the place. Otherwise, highly recommended. We'll be back!
31/01/2026: We returned to this pizzeria after five years and were thrilled. The quality of the food and service was already excellent, but now it's reached even higher levels. Spectacular pizza with the option of choosing between classic dough with a minimum 48-hour leavening time, a sourdough dough with whole-wheat flours, sourdough starter, and a minimum 72-hour leavening time, or a multigrain dough with a 48-hour leavening time. The choice to emphasize dishes with locally sourced ingredients highlights the owner's meticulous attention to food quality and his love for his homeland. It's a must-try for anyone passing through and a must-try for those who live in the area. TOP! 🍕🍔🍺🐻
